If you line up two of the three hubs with your hub cap, you should be able to apply a little pressure to the hubcap and it should click into place. As far as finding the air valves for your motorhome tires, from the looks of your tires, you will need to remove the hub. In order to do this, it is best to use a flat-head screwdriver to pry off the cover between the cover the rim itself. The hubs simply pop off (there are no bolts that are holding them on).

When you use the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit # WM8208 on wheels that have covers you will have the brackets clamp to sides of rear wheels before wheel covers are installed.
Basically you would install the clamp and then install the wheel cover on top of the them and it would work just fine.

I went out to the warehouse and opened a package of the Classic Accessories RV Wheel Covers, part # 052963762501, to see how they attach to the tires. The top of the cover is shaped like a pocket with an elastic band on the inside of the cover. The cover is slipped over the top of the tire and the elastic band provides tension around the tire to keep the cover from coming off.
